Summer 2026 Asphalt Paving Project

The City of Wynne, Arkansas, will receive sealed bids for the following project: Asphalt Paving Project.

The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,200 square yards of hot mix asphalt pavement over a prepared 6-inch compacted Class 7 aggregate base. Asphalt pavement shall consist of a 2-inch compacted asphalt binder (base) course and a 1.5-inch compacted asphalt surface course, tack coat, rolling, striping and other incidental work required to provide a complete finished project.

Sealed bids will be received until 9 a.m. on July 20, 2026, at City Hall, 206 Falls Boulevard North, Wynne, Arkansas 72396, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The City of Wynne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the city and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids and encourages participation from minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises.
