Earlier this summer, Mayor Hobbs, along with Mayor Jonas Anderson of Cave City, was invited to participate in a podcast hosted by the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM), and that episode has recently been released!

Click the play button below to hear Mayor Hobbs and Mayor Jonas Anderson of Cave City discuss their communities' experiences with devastating tornadoes, the challenges they faced in the aftermath, and how ADEM, neighboring communities, and other agencies came together to help their cities recover and move forward.

When we talk about March 31, 2023 one of the first things we mention is community. How our community came together, and how other communities helped us...our town had people and organizations from all over the country here for weeks helping with recovery, on top of our own community members that selflessly gave their time, resources, and skills. Our experience would have been drastically different if that had not happened. We will be forever grateful to those that came to our aid during that time. A simple "Thank You" will never be enough.
