Cross County District Court - Statement from Judge Mike Smith:
Cross County District Court will reopen Thursday January 29, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Court will begin at regularly scheduled 9:00 AM time.
Anyone that is unable to attend their scheduled court date tomorrow due to weather will automatically be rescheduled to February 5th at 9:00 AM and no fail to appear warrants will be issued.
Anyone that was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday January 24th will also be rescheduled to February 5th at 9:00 AM.
If you have questions about your court date please call the court office at 870-238-9171 after 12:00 PM on Thursday January 29th.
